Cinnamon, otherwise known as Cinnamoroll, is a character from Sanrio. Cinnamoroll was created in 2001 by Miyuki Okumura and was originally depicted as an angel-rabbit character, but was later changed to the Cinnamoroll that is known today.
Cinamoroll originally debuted under the name "Baby Cinnamon" but was renamed a year later to avoid issues with registering the trademark overseas.
Though known in the west as Cinnamoroll, he is known more commonly as Cinnamon in Japan as Cinnamoroll is mostly used to refer to multiple characters within the series.
